Measure the length, width, and ceiling height of your shop. Note the location of the entrance, windows, electrical outlets, and any structural pillars. Share this with our design team (a WhatsApp photo works).
Divide the shop into zones: prescription medicines (behind the counter), OTC medicines (wall racks, near staff), personal care (gondola), baby products, and the billing/consultation area. Clear zones reduce customer confusion and improve upselling.
